Guide To Stay Fit

16 Dec 2021

Busy people - take a note.

“Health is Wealth” you all know that right??

so it’s only sensible to say that the best investment advice you can get in the year 2020 is to invest on your health and achieve your fitness goals.

But practically it is your work and social networking skills which will help you achieve more success and bigger bank balance. Being Fit will only give you a fair advantage which is worth investing in.

Busy people often find it as an excuse to skip workout and eat healthy. But do you really need that as an excuse.

Well it is all about how you prioritize your day. Here’s the guru Mantra for Busy people to stay fit and achieve your health goal this New year 2020.

Doing Less is Better (than doing Nothing):

You do not need to burn your muscles 6 times a week to stay fit. A bodybuilder hits the gym for 7 days a week for 2 hours each day. But that’s because Gym is where his income comes from. You on the other hand have got a boss to report to and a social life. Maintaining a balance of everything is important. Create a routine which you will be able to adhere to. If you can hit the gym 3 or 4 times a week for 45-60mins that is more than enough to see the results you want. Your lifestyle will determine your results.

If you have bought a car but have not started it yet, you will never know how it performs, yes you have read the brochure and reviews, but practical application will only show its true results. Same is with your body, if you keep making excuses and do nothing at all, you will never be able to see a change in the way you look and feel physically.

Be Mindful of what you eat, can’t have 5 meals a day, then stick to 3 or 4 meals. Can’t eat in the day because of work, then plan your meals timings accordingly so you get enough nutrition throughout the day and eat heavier meals in the Evening.

Carry protein smoothies with you, pack your meals. If you feel lifting 3 times a week is not enough, then include cardio or functional movements which you can perform at home or park for 30 mins 2 times a week.

Just take the first step and the path will look clearer as your move ahead gradually.
